Start with clean, dry skin after a bath or shower. Pat your skin dry gently. Dispense desired amount of oil  into your palm. You can adjust the amount based on your preference and the area you want to cover. You can use as often as needed. It’s a great daily moisturiser, especially after bathing.

Rub your hands together to warm the oil slightly. Begin massaging the body oil onto your skin using gentle, upward strokes. Pay extra attention to areas prone to dryness, like elbows, knees, and feet. Relax, take a deep breathe and inhale the hypnotic aroma. Bath Addition:
Enhance your bath by adding your desired amount of oil to the water. This creates a luxurious and hydrating bath experience. The oil will not only moisturise your skin but also provide a pleasant aroma, enhancing your relaxation.

Here are some tips on how to use it for treatment, conditioning and styling:

Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Apply oil generously to dry hair, focusing on the scalp and ends. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deep nourishment. Shampoo and condition as usual.

Scalp Massage: Massage a few drops of oil into your scalp to promote circulation and reduce dryness.

Leave-In Conditioner: For frizzy or dry hair, apply a small amount of oil to damp hair, concentrating on the ends.

Split-End Prevention: Apply oil to the tips of your hair to help prevent breakage.

Frizz Control: Rub a tiny amount of oil between your palms and gently run your hands through your hair to tame frizz and add shine.
